Camp Fees

Non Refundable Site Deposit $250
Paid Leader Fee for Entire Week $75
Paid Leader Fee per Day $15
In Council Early Bird $210
In Council Regular $230
Out of Council Early Bird $230
Out of Council Regular $250
In order to qualify for an early bird discount the unit must adhere to the payment schedule.

Camp Payment Schedule

Site Deposit $250, due immediately for reserving space at camp, must include an estimate of leaders and youth
1st Payment 1/3 of total payment due by November 1, 2007
2nd Payment 1/3 of total payment due by January 26th. This is the last time to drop youth without penalty. Names of youth are required at this time.
Final Payment Remainder of fees due by April 5.
Nighthawk Campers will be brought in at the discounted rate regardless of when registered.
Camp Refund Policy

Refunds at Rappahannock Boy Scout Camp will only be given in the following circumstances:

  • Death in the immediate family of the Scout
  • Severe illness or injury on the part of the Scout (doctor's letter required)
  • Scout must attend summer school (letter from school required)
  • Scout's family is military and receives a military transfer (copy of orders required)
